Sportsmanship

All EGRA programs are designed to develop character through sports. Unsportsmanlike conduct on the part of any participant cannot and will not be tolerated. Coaches, players, and spectators will be warned on the first occurrence of unsportsmanlike conduct and ejected from the game or activity if the warning is not heeded. If the act is serious or occurs again, the person shall be barred from all EGRA activities! Umpires and Board Members shall have the authority to warn or eject such persons as may be necessary.

Discipline Policy

Any player who is ejected from a game or reprimanded for serious misconduct by an official or coach for disciplinary reasons shall not be eligible to play until that person sits on the bench in full uniform for one complete game.
